Scarborough Fair

After about a hour, she opened up her eyes and smiled. "I've decided, I am escaping this tower and disguise myself as your minstrel friend," she said getting up from her bed.

He stopped playing suddenly and looked at her.
"What about your father?! Won't he send the guards and such after you?" he asked.

"I have a plan," she said,"do you have a knife with you?"

"Well, yes. But I don't see how it will help." he said, unclasping his knife from his belt.

"It will help, I promise," she said taking the knife. She used her other hand to hold her hair, at about her shoulders. She slid the knife below it, cutting the rest of her hair. "I've always been known to have long hair," she explained,"if its shorter, then they might not recognize me."

"I see." he nodded, "But what about your clothes?" he asked.

"Ah, that's easy," she said smiling. She went over to her closet-like room. She took out a dress that was rather simple, and she cut the sleeves, to look as if they were much more peasant like. She did the same thing for just about every dress.

He smirked.
"Alright. Now come over here." he said, taking a thin thread from around his wrist.

"What is it for?" she asked, pointing at it.

(Be back in a few, gotta take a shower.)

"Your hair." he said, "It may be short, but still." he moved around behind her and styled her hair like a flower maiden's. He took the flower that was on his hat and stuck it carefully in her hair.
"There. all you need now is a basket of flowers and you could look like a flower maid."

"Hmm....," she said looking around, until she found a basket. "This will do," she said grabbing it. She got some flowers, and put it inside the basket.

He smiled.
"Perfect." he said, examining her.

"We should hurry and leave," she said pointing to the large balcony,"there are some vines we can climb down. It leads straight to a valley."

He nodded, putting his lute back so it was hanging on his back again. He went over to the balcony and looked over.
"Alright. I'll go first." he said, looking back at her.

"Alright, be careful," she said standing behind him.

He nodded, climbing over the balcony and climbing down.

After a few minutes, she started climbing down, doing her best not to trip herself with her dress.

Talon waited below, ready to catch her if needed.

"This isn't too difficult," she said, making it a little past halfway.

"Just be careful." he said.

"I am, I am," she assured, before tripping and falling.

He caught her.

"Thank you," she said smiling.

"Of course Milady." he smiled softly, setting her down on her feet.

"You'll have to stop calling me that, soon," she reminded.
